On Sunday, February 10th, join all your FR/FR friends and glide down to the ice skating rink in the city with the best views - the Tribune Ice Rink at Millennium Park.

We’ll be meeting at 1:00 p.m. at Cloud Gate (Anish Kapoor’s amazing silver bean) then walk down to the skating rink.

Even if you’ve never skated before, come out and give it a try or have some hot chocolate at the nearby café and watch the fun. The café has heaters and a fireplace where you sit or grab a snack.

Bring a friend!

Admission is free if you bring your own skates. If not, rental skates are just $7.

About 3:00 p.m., we’ll walk down to the Artist’s Café located at 410 S Michigan Ave.

If taking public transportation, take the Red or Blue lines and exit at Washington or take one of 14 bus routes right to the Michigan Avenue.
