1 mile warm-up.
6 x 1000 (2.5 laps)
easy run recoveries
1 mile cool-down.
This workout will be run at the same pace as last week. The rest will be shorter, though.
The workout can be geared for any level of fitness or ability. We'll meet at the track at 6:30pm.
